Balance becomes increasingly important as we age to help prevent falls and injury. Flexibility can drastically decrease as we age as well but, even for those who are young, we can obtain poor flexibility just through living our every day lives at home and work. Through good exercise and stretching routines, we can gain back confidence in our balance and increase flexibility to help us feel more youthful and free in our movements. If you live in Chambersburg PA, Hagerstown MD, or Frederick MD, or their surrounding areas, you have the opportunity to schedule in-home coaching sessions to receive individualized attention to your needs in either or both of these areas.
